So- I was working on this job- a bid I won at RentaCoder and the client runs a website in one of my niches. My job was to create some resources content. I was half tempted to say “Hey, can I add myself to this?” Several hundred other relevant sites were being added and mine didn’t happen to be one of them. SO, would it have been wrong to add myself, or ask to be added? I just couldn’t do it. I didn’t want to be a pest or make the client feel awkward for saying no. Is that wrong? Should I have said… “ahem… Can I add my work, too?” Did I miss the boat? What do you think? What would you have done?
